  • Whisk eggs and cheese in medium bowl until blended. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium heat. Dip 3 chicken breasts in egg mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with egg mixture. Add to skillet; cook 3 to 5 min. on each side or until done. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts and 1 Tbsp. of the remaining oil.
  • Meanwhile, brush remaining oil evenly onto both sides of bread slices; cook in separate skillet on medium heat 2 min. on each side or until toasted on both sides. While bread is toasting, cook gravy in small saucepan on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Place 1 chicken breast on each toast slice; top with gravy.
