I changed this a bit to make little appetizers instead of a big sandwich. This was a big hit and was gone very quickly!

Made it with lite Mayo instead of Miracle Whip; chicken instead of turkey; split french bread loaf horizontally, multiplied ingredients by 10; spread mayo/chili powder mixture on bread halves, topped w/ chicken/salsa mixture, then cheese. YUMMM

My co-worker made this with chicken instead of turkey, and it was delicious! Very easy to make and customize to your individual taste. This has prompted us take turns making the easy recipes on the Kraft website and sharing the finished products at work.
