This recipe is so great! It's really simple to throw together and is so refreshing. I made it for a Fourth of July picnic and it was the best loved salad there.

What You Need

 oranges, peeled, sectioned
3
 avocados, peeled, sliced
1
 jicama, peeled, cut into julienne strips
1/2
cup KRAFT Italian Dressing
1/2
cup orange juice
1/2
cup chopped cilantro
3
Tbsp. orange zest

Make It

TOSS oranges, avocados and jicama in large bowl.

MIX dressing and juice. Pour over salad; mix lightly.

SPRINKLE with cilantro and zest. Serve immediately.

Food Facts
Choose a jicama that's heavy for its size and free of blemishes. Store in the refrigerator and peel just before serving. Use a sharp knife to peel a jicama, pulling the skin off in sheets.
