Orange-Balsamic Sauce

What You Need

1
cup  KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1
cup  orange juice
1/4
cup  packed brown sugar
1
 cinnamon stick
1
tsp.  orange zest

Make It

BRING first 4 ingredients to boil in saucepan. Cook on medium-low heat 10 to 15 min. or until slightly thickened and reduced by half, stirring occasionally.

REMOVE cinnamon stick; stir in zest.

SERVE warm with roasted chicken, turkey, duck, pork or ham, or toss with cooked sliced carrots, sweet potatoes or beets.

This sauce will keep in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
How to Cook Vegetables
Cook sliced peeled carrots, beets or sweet potatoes in boiling water 20 to 30 min. or until fork-tender; drain.
Special Extra
For a spicy sauce, add 1 Tbsp. chopped chipotle chiles in adobo sauce with the zest.
