  • Cook nuts and sugar in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 to 10 min. or until sugar is dissolved and nuts are evenly glazed, stirring constantly. Spread onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; cool completely.
  • Break nuts into small pieces.
  • Add milk to COOL WHIP in medium bowl; whisk until blended. Spoon into 4 dessert dishes; top with ladyfinger pieces, oranges and nuts.
