  • Add water to combined sugar and drink mix in bowl; stir until mix is dissolved. Pour into 12 (3-oz.) paper cups. Freeze 30 min. or until slushy.
  • Combine mango and peppers; mix well. Spoon over KOOL-AID in cups; stir to combine. Insert wooden pop stick into center of each cup.
  • Freeze several hours or until firm. Peel off paper cups just before serving.
