What You Need

2
lb.  boneless country-style pork ribs, 2 inches thick
3/4
cup  orange juice
1/3
cup  A.1. Original Steak Sauce
2
canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2
small   loaves (3/4 oz. each) piloncillo (Mexican brown loaf sugar), finely chopped

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

GRILL ribs 6 min. on each side. Meanwhile, blend remaining ingredients in blender until well blended.

RESERVE 3/4 cup sauce; brush ribs with some of the remaining sauce. Grill 20 to 25 min. or until done, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining sauce. Remove from grill. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, bring reserved sauce to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring frequently.

CUT ribs into bite-size pieces; place in large bowl. Add sauce; toss to coat.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Serving Suggestion
Serve with warmed mini-corn tortillas.
Substitute
Substitute dark brown sugar for the piloncillo.
Food Facts
Piloncillo is an unrefined sugar used in Mexican cooking. Typically purchased in a cone shape, it is very hard so needs to be chopped before use. For best results, use a serrated knife to chop the piloncillo.
