I made this orange cream tapioca, and it was delicious. I had a request to make another batch before this one was even finished. I ended up making a double batch. Haven't tasted tapioca since I was a kid. Very good.
I think the calories could be reduced by using Splenda instead of sugar and Lite or Free Cool Whip. It would be just as tasty too.
My mother made this when I was small, with some differences. It's delicious.
