Prepare using 2 different colors of JELL-O Gelatin, dissolving each in 2/3 cup boiling water. Pour into separate 9x5-inch pans sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Refrigerate until firm; cut into small cubes. Combine with ice cream, then freeze as directed.
Substitute 8-inch square pan or medium freezerproof bowl for the loaf pan.
