Ratings & Reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Gross! Gross! Something is wrong with the measurements. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out terrible. The layers looked nothing like the picture. The top layer was especially bad. First of all, I think it needs at least twice as much milk as called for. Just mixing the cheese, milk and pudding turned into a super thick paste; my Kitchenaide mixer was struggling...adding the cool whip didn't help much. Neither layer was light and fluffy like the picture shows. Very disappointing since I spent extra money on the name brands called for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just awful! Just awful! I agree with another reviewer that the measurements must be wrong. I followed the recipe to the letter, and the topping before the cool whip mixed in was like a thick paste. I could have glued furniture with it. I made this for Easter, good thing we had plenty of desserts because I had to throw it out. I found it tasteless and unappetizing. What a waste of money. I was hoping it would taste something like a 50/50 Ice cream bar. Next time I'll just make orange jello and serve with cool whip.

It is a lot of trouble to make and the pudding layer was tough since the pudding mixture STUCK to the beaters. I have found easier recipes which are as good, if not better, than this recipe. Maybe it does need more milk, as several ratings suggest. It is ok, but I am not sure I would or would not make it again....I would need to be in the 'mood' for an orange desert.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this last night to see if it would be something I would want to take to an Easter dinner. I made this last night to see if it would be something I would want to take to an Easter dinner. The answer is a definite yes! I only wish it was written for a 9x13 pan instead of an 8 inch pan. 9 pieces just isn't enough for something this good!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time making it and it was a big hit. First time making it and it was a big hit. Had to make 6 copies for people so they can make it! You can change it up with multiple flavors too! Only thing that needs added is more butter to the graham crackers to help it hold better.
