Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've made this recipe several times for my family. I've made this recipe several times for my family. I always have all these ingredients on hand. I often buy beef at the grocery store when it's been drastically marked down because its shelf life is almost up, toss it in the freezer, and pull it out when I'm ready to make this recipe. The marmalade adds a great zing to the sauce. I usually make it without the peanuts, and it's still yummy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I loved this recipe. I loved this recipe. I didn't season the meat prior to cooking and I wish I would have though. I didn't put the chestnut on because i couldn't find them at the store. But other than that it was actually pretty good. I have never cooked with orange marmalade before so I was a bit skeptical. To my surprise even my 8 year old loved it.

Stir-Fry is one of my favorite things to make and I enjoy trying to find new recipes to try every once in a while. After reading all the reviews, I was sure this would be great... but I was sadly disappointed. The flavor was much too strong, too much sweetness from the marmalade and too much saltiness from the lite soy sauce.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My three teenaged sons loved this recipe! My three teenaged sons loved this recipe! Since we didn't have flank steak on hand, I made it with tenderized round steak ( I froze it first. That made it a cinch to slice it!). With the broccoli, I also added 1 thinly sliced red bell pepper. This is truly a 20 minute prep and serve meal!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was very good. This was very good. My kids also liked it. I bought beef already cut up for stir fry, so this was really quick to make. Usually I like the vegetables best in a stir fry, but the beef was really tasty. Also, I used cashews, just because we like them.

This was easy and tasty, but I substitued white rice and frozen mixed veggies (broccolli, carrots, bell peppers, green beans). I would probably increase the seasonings next time and add red peppers. I will make it again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This turned out very good. This turned out very good. Since there are just my husband and me, this stretches out into two meals. We also tried it with the cashews since I prefer those over the peanuts anyway. I will definitely make this again.
