I received my new issue of Food&Family today and right away I went right to the top flavors of 2006 section. I saw the Orange Pepper Steak recipe and realized I actually had all ingredients for this recipe! I started right away on it-what a breeze to prepare. Broiling it made it extra juicy and the presentation was awesome with the oranges! Thank you for helping me to prepare a great meal for our family! I am never dispointed with Kraft Foods and these recipes. Keep up the great work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I decided to make this with chicken instead and it turned out great. I decided to make this with chicken instead and it turned out great. I baked the boneless chicken breast covered with foil and my family really like the orange flavor. I increased the amount of sauce so we could put it on rice for the side dish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous! Fabulous! I add a little more orange juice than what's called for and marinate w/ the catalina for about 6-7 hours (instead of the rec 1-2hr). This always comes out perfect, tender, and with great flavor.
