  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Beat egg, milk and oil with whisk until well blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will still be lumpy.)
  • Spoon into 12 greased muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
  • Bake 15 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.

To freeze, wrap completely cooled muffins in foil and place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Remove from bag when ready to serve. Reheat foil-wrapped muffins at 350°F for 15 to 20 min. or just until warmed.
