  • Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.
  • Roll into 40 (1-inch) balls; shape each into oval to resemble football. Freeze 10 min. Dip in melted chocolate; place in single layer on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Use icing to draw laces on footballs.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

Size Wise

Sweets can be part of a balanced diet but remember to keep tabs on portions.

How to Melt the Chocolate

Place chocolate in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2-1/2 min. or until chocolate is completely melted, stirring every 30 sec.

How to Easily Dip the Cookie Balls

To easily coat cookie balls with the melted chocolate, add balls, in batches, to bowl of melted chocolate. Use 2 forks to roll balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with forks, letting excess chocolate drip back into bowl. Place balls in prepared pan; let stand until chocolate coating is firm.

How to Store

Store coated cookie balls in tightly covered container in refrigerator.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made them for my grandson's Birthday and they were a huge hit. Made them for my grandson's Birthday and they were a huge hit. I covered a piece of card board with foil and then icing, sprinkled green sugar on it to make the turf and then used white crystals for the lines. Put his name in the end zone and it turned out great...Had sugar everywhere but that’s ok. Thanks for the recipe!
