Tasty, easy and gorgeous! The Cool-whip/chocolate looked like a disaster at first, but I kept stirring and it turned out beautifully, like a $$ ganache!
Used an Oreo store-bought crust to save time and effort. Reduced ingredients to fit the pie crust (Very easy to adjust ingredients.)
Made bottom layer of chocolate ice cream w/Peanut butter and used peanuts and Reese's to separate layers. Topped with chopped Reese's and nuts.
Was nice and rich, and a big hit for an anniversary dessert. Hubs loved it!
