LINE 1-1/2-qt. freezerproof bowl with plastic wrap, allowing 3-inch piece to extend over top of bowl. Arrange 22 cookies alternately around inside of bowl, cutting to make even with edge of bowl if necessary. Chop remaining cookies.
BEAT each flavor pudding mix and 1 cup milk in separate bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir 1 cup COOL WHIP into pudding in each bowl until blended. Layer puddings in cookie-lined bowl, sprinkling 1/2 of the chopped cookies between layers. Top with remaining cookies; cover.
FREEZE 4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 20 min. before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Unmold dessert onto plate. Remove plastic wrap.
