  • Whisk fudge topping and 1 cup COOL WHIP in medium bowl until blended. Add dry pudding mix; stir 2 min. Stir in 1 cup cookies.
  • Arrange 4 ice cream sandwiches, side-by-side, on 24-inch-long piece of Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil; cover with half the COOL WHIP mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining sandwiches. Frost with remaining COOL WHIP; press remaining cookies into top and sides of dessert. Wrap loosely with foil.
  • Freeze 4 hours.

I had a large group to serve so I used those extra fat ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Cut them to fit. Spread the pudding mixture on top and then spread the whipped topping on top. Sprinkled the chopped cookies over the whipped topping. Everyone loved it.

I used a few more Oreos than what is called for. Perfect combo of chocolate, ice cream and crunch from the cookies! I can't wait to make it again!

I suggest having everything warmed, chopped, mixed, divided, unwrapped, and ready-to-go for assembly, because the ice cream sandwiches begin to melt quickly.
