What You Need

OREO Cookies, coarsely chopped

cups milk

1/2

cup chocolate syrup

1/2

tsp. peppermint extract

Make It

PLACE all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until well blended. Pour into 2-qt. saucepan.

COOK on medium-high heat until heated through, stirring frequently.

LADLE evenly into 4 mugs.

Special Extra

To prevent hot cocoa from cooling too quickly, fill mugs with hot water and let stand until ready to use. Pour out hot water just before filling the mugs with hot cocoa.

The flavor was good, but the cocoa took on a syrupy texture for me. :) Would reccommend though..

This drink is very sweet and also filling! I served it for my nieces, and they loved it! It's so delightful on cold, snowy days, or even as a hot dessert!
