  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Chop 8 cookies. Finely crush remaining cookies.
  • Mix crushed cookies and butter; sprinkle onto bottom of 9-inch square pan. Layer with coconut, chips, nuts and chopped cookies; drizzle with condensed milk.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until center is set and top is golden brown. Cool completely.

Special Extra

For easy cleanup, line baking pan with foil using this easy method.  Turn pan upside down and fit a piece of foil over top of pan, smoothing corners as needed.  Remove foil.  When you turn the pan over, the foil fits perfectly inside the pan.

I actually did not get to every try the bars, but he and a large part of the football team came up to me and told me how awesome they were and asked me to make it for them sometime. I'd say they were a total hit!
