    Excellent recipe, however make sure to add more veggie's

    When I made this recipe - I sliced very, very thin small pieces of green/red peppers. black olives, carrotts, cucumber and a full bottle of lite ranch dressing. Mixed and chillded overnight. Just before serving, I placed small pieces of tomato neatly on top and covered with feta or blue cheese. It was a hit.
