Sugar and spice and everything nice, that’s what soft sugar cookies are made of. Sour cream is the ingredient to thank for these pillowy confections.

The dough was very stiff and difficult to work with. After taking the first batch out of the oven I disposed of the remaining dough because the cookies just weren't good enough for all the effort it took to make them. I should have read the reviews before I decided to make them.

I am very hesitant to make this recipe based on the previous comments. Kraft should re-evaluate this recipe, especially the amount of nutmeg that goes into it. I know my family members are not a fans of nutmeg. I was very excited to try this one but now -- not so much!
