  • Heat oven to 450ºF.
  • Prepare Dinners in large saucepan as directed on package. While Macaroni is cooking, melt butter in small skillet. Add bread crumbs; cook and stir 5 min. or until toasted.
  • Combine shredded cheeses; stir half into Dinners with half-and-half, bacon, onions and red pepper. Spread onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining shredded cheese mixture.
  • Bake 10 min.; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 5 min. or until topping is crisp and golden brown.
