PREHEAT oven to 325°F. Mix barbecue sauce, sugar, mustard, red pepper and onion powder. Remove half of the barbecue sauce mixture; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve with the cooked turkey.
SEASON turkey with salt and black pepper; place in shallow baking pan.
BAKE 2 hours or until cooked through (165°F), turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining barbecue sauce mixture after 1 hour. Serve with the reserved barbecue sauce mixture.
