Modifications: I added minced garlic (because I always cook with it), onions, and red pepper flakes to the veggie mixture. I also doubled the tomatoes. Couldn't find the Italian flavored Shake'N Bake so I used chicken flavor and added extra parmesean and Italian seasoning. Was very happy with the pasta & veggies, but the chicken was just okay. Maybe next time I'll try boneless breasts. Got great reviews from the family so I will make again.
