Rated 4 out of 5 by from I use this recipe almost every 2 weeks! I use this recipe almost every 2 weeks! I use catfish filets or cat fish nuggets. So much less mess than frying fish and it's delicious! I keep a baggie of the cornflake crumbs and parmessan cheese on hand in the freezer so I'm ready whenever I want to make this!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The flavor of the miracle whip and italian cheese was good with the fish. The flavor of the miracle whip and italian cheese was good with the fish. The corn flakes did not make a very good breading though. Maybe I will try this with bread crumbs next time.
