  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Combine corn flake crumbs, cheese and flour in shallow dish. Whisk egg whites and milk in separate shallow dish until blended.
  • Dip chicken, 1 breast at a time, into egg mixture, then crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with each ingredient. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 min. or until chicken is golden brown and done (165°F), turning after 8 min.
