  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Whisk egg in small bowl until blended. Place flour, then cracker crumbs in 2 separate bowls.
  • Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Dip pickle chips, 1 at a time, in flour, then egg, then cracker crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each pickle chip with each ingredient. Place in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 min. or until crisp. Serve with garlic aioli.

Pan-Fried Dill Pickle Chips

Instead of baking the pickle chips in the oven, heat 2 cups oil to 350ºF in large deep skillet. Coat pickle chips with flour, egg and cracker crumbs as directed. Add, in batches, to hot oil; cook 45 sec. on each side or until crisp and golden brown on both sides. Transfer to paper towel-covered wire rack to drain.
