Pack-a-Punch Potato Salad

Been making this potato salad for years with rave reviews every time. However, I cook the potatoes (whole, skins on) and eggs the day before. While taters are still warm, skin them, cut up along with eggs, pour about 1/2 cup EVO over them, add some Morton's Seasoning and let soak overnight in fridge. Then add your Miracle Whip and green onions. Delicious!

Amazingly easy and absolutely awesome results! Tastes great (thank you Miracle Whip) and is just a wonderfully peppy little addition to a any picnic. And it is easily the first dish to go at any potluck!

I forgot to mention in my review that i don't know the amounts of potatoes vs. eggs&miracle whip. to taste,i guess.
