Been making this potato salad for years with rave reviews every time. However, I cook the potatoes (whole, skins on) and eggs the day before. While taters are still warm, skin them, cut up along with eggs, pour about 1/2 cup EVO over them, add some Morton's Seasoning and let soak overnight in fridge. Then add your Miracle Whip and green onions. Delicious!
