What You Need

1/3
cup  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1
Tbsp.  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/2
tsp.   each ground cumin and hot pepper sauce
2
cups  cooked yellow rice
1
cup  chopped cooked chicken
1/4
lb.  cleaned shrimp, cooked, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/4
lb.  smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2
cup  each chopped tomatoes and green onions
3
cups  baby spinach leaves

Make It

COMBINE mayo, mustard, cumin and hot pepper sauce; set aside.

MIX rice, chicken, shrimp, sausage, tomatoes and onions in large bowl. Add mayo mixture; mix lightly. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

ARRANGE spinach on serving platter just before serving; top with the rice mixture.
