Delicious--steak came out juicy and flavorful. 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes is a bit long, in my opinion. I lowered the temp to 375 and started checking the steak after 10 minutes. It was done medium-rare after 15 minutes.
My husband and I loved it. My daughter did NOT. Made ours spanish style with rice and beans.
IT WAS GREAT I DONT LIKE BROCCOLI LIFT THAT OUT I REPLACED IT WITH SPINACH
