This was very good for a quick meal. I didn't have time to marinate the steak long, but this is what I did: Put the steak in the ziplock with dressing while my oven and grill pan were preheating (about 5 mins). Once the grill pan was preheated, I added the steak and pepper and the (quartered, not sliced) onion and topped with my Grill Press. After 3 mins the oven was preheated, so I flipped the steak, added the broccoli and one sliced carrot and roasted for 18 mins in oven. I had some leftover white rice from the night before that I just reheated, and then topped with the "gravy" leftover in the pan! Yummy! I would like to try again with marinating the steak longer, more carrots, and slicing the onion! But overall it was very good this way too!
