This recipe was delicious. I did not have capers, so I substituted with spanish olives and it was great.
Overall, this is a pretty tasty dish. I had to salt and pepper the fish onceI started eating, I think next time I might let the fish sit with the dijon for about 5 minutes before cooking. I added fresh spinach,cannellini beans and seasoned tomatoes to the rest and it is delicious.
The presentation and the smell were beautiful but the overall dish did not deliver in taste. It seemed to be lacking a bit acid overall and I was hoping for a bit more sauce in the pan to drizzle on rice.
