  • Mix 2 Tbsp. dressing, garlic and 3/4 tsp. thyme until blended; brush onto both sides of steak in shallow dish. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat large heavy skillet on medium heat. Add steak; cook 5 to 6 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F).
  • Meanwhile, prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, except reduce the margarine to 1 Tbsp. Heat remaining dressing in same skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, onions and remaining thyme; stir. Cook 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream.
  • Cut steak across the grain into thin slices; place on platter. Top with mushroom mixture. Serve with stuffing and beans.

How to Cook Fresh Green Beans

To prepare green beans, trim and discard the stems and ends from the beans. Wash just before cooking. Use a large enough pot or microwavable dish to avoid overcrowding the beans. Cook the beans just until crisp-tender. Overcooking robs them of their bright green color and fresh flavor.
