    Excellent pancakes and just slightly more work than using baking mix. I make double or even triple for my family of 6. If there are leftovers,they are gone by noon the next day. Oh I make these as part of a big breakfast for dinner. Always a winner. I also add vanilla and a little more sugar than is called for. Fabulous. I've made these a few times now and won't go back to the box mix.
