Pancakes with Sausages and Strawberry Topping

Here are yummy B&B-style pancakes for two—done in just 10 minutes, thanks to ready-to-serve sausage patties and a surprisingly fast strawberry topping.

What You Need

Tbsp.  apricot preserves
Dash  ground cinnamon
1/2
cup  chopped strawberries

 frozen pancakes (4 inch)

Tbsp.  PHILADELPHIA Strawberry 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese

 OSCAR MAYER Ready to Serve Pork Sausage Patties

Make It

MIX preserves and cinnamon in medium bowl. Add strawberries; mix lightly. Set aside.

SPREAD pancakes with cream cheese spread; top each with sausage patty. Place 2 pancakes on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. Repeat with remaining pancakes.

SERVE topped with strawberry mixture.
