What You Need

cups  fresh spinach leaves, washed, dried and torn
1
 papaya, peeled, sliced
1
 avocado, peeled, sliced
1
 red onion, sliced
1
 seedless orange, peeled, sectioned
3/4
cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

Make It

COVER large plate or platter with spinach leaves.

TOP with papaya, avocado, onion and oranges.

DRIZZLE with dressing just before serving.

In choosing papayas, look for those with a golden-yellow skin that gives slightly to pressure. To ripen green papayas, place them in a paper bag. Close bag and let stand at room temperature for several days or until ripened.
