I've made this a couple of times, even though the salad tasted good I had a problem mixing the bacon fat with the dressing, it turned lumpy on me. I'm not sure if it's because I used fat free dressing. I had to throw it out and just put the dressing on the salad without the bacon fat.
This was good but nothing amazing for me. I added hard boiled egg and red onion to mine. I think next time to add some romaine or iceberg with the spinach would be good to add a little crunch.
Wow! This was delicious, quick, and easy. For a healthier version of this salad, I used turkey bacon and light Italian dressing.
