This was the first time that I cooked salmon, and I was thrilled at how easy and quick it is! Unfortunately, the mayo flavor made the dish seem cheap. When I put mayo on fish it's usually fried mystery fish. By the way, i am a huge mayo lover...just not on my salmon apparently! I'll definitely use the cooking instructions again, just not the mayo glaze.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was one of the best and easiest recipes I've tried from Kraft yet! This was one of the best and easiest recipes I've tried from Kraft yet! I was a little skeptical about the cayenne in the topping, but it wasn't at all overpowering -- my husband didn't even notice it! The only thing I would do differently is have the skin removed at the market. That was the only thing that was difficult about making this salmon! I used the non-stick foil to line my baking pan -- perfect for fish!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I cannot stand mayo and personally would never eat this meal. I cannot stand mayo and personally would never eat this meal. However, having said that, my husband said this salmon was one of the best, moist, flavorful salmon dishes he has ever eaten! The salmon was not overcooked or dried out at all, and he really enjoyed it! I'm sure I will make it many times for him. I steamed some vegetables, tossed a quick salad, and served him a wonderful dinner in no time at all!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If I could give this a "10"! If I could give this a "10"!! Would do it!!! Used Sockeye salmon. Followed the recipe, exactly. Did mix the crackers in with the mayo & cheese. Then mixed additional parm & crackers and sprinkled on top. Used Fat Free mayo. Hubby didn't know & couldn't even tell. Served with salad & fresh asparagus..and of course, white wine!!!!! Can't wait to make again!!! Thanks, Kraft folks!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty good. Pretty good. I'm used to sweeter flavors with my salmon, but my husband really liked this. Not to mention it was SO easy and fast, I would make it again for that reason alone. I didnt have 4 filets, just one big one that the 2 of us split, so I had to cook it longer than the recipe says. Maybe more cayenne, less mayo and more crackers next time too. Served it with rice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WHY haven't I known about this recipe my whole life? WHY haven't I known about this recipe my whole life?!?!? OMG it was 1) easy, 2) super-uber delicious. Even my three "ewww fish!" teenage boys loved this. I made several fillets with green chili added to the mayo because food isn't real food without green chili. Picture my eyes rolling into the back of my head with pure ecstasy. Yup. This is a KEEPER.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from when I came home with salmon, my husband said "why did you buy THAT" We're not much for fish, but... when I came home with salmon, my husband said "why did you buy THAT" We're not much for fish, but this recipe was really very good and easy AND he had a second helping. I plan to make it again. I used the lite mayo and added dill weed and 1 packet of Real Lemon Crystillized lemon and then served lemon wedges on the side at the table.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Last Friday had a "Girl's Night" at home. Last Friday had a "Girl's Night" at home. This salmon was GREAT!!! Added more cheese (which is always a plus) and even kept the skin on (nurients) - placed the mayo mixture on top of skin - and it was UNBELIEVABLE!!! This with a nice tossed green salad and glass of wine - YUMMY!!! Next time - would not use as much mayo.
