What You Need

1/2

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2

cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened

1/4

tsp. Italian seasoning

loaf (16 oz.) French bread, cut in half lengthwise

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix cheese, butter and seasoning until well blended.

SPREAD cut surfaces of bread with cheese mixture. Place, cut sides up, on ungreased baking sheet.

BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut each half into 16 slices to serve.

This recipe was horrbile. None of us could eat it. I was exicted thinking it was good but it wasnt. It had alittle too much cheese and it was missing something. This was not for me.

This is so simple, I don't know why I haven't done it before. I LOVE this stuff. Add as much cheese as you'd like. I like to make extra of the cheese/butter/seasoning mixture and put it on regular bread later.

My family loved this bread! Instead of the Italian seasoning, I used one package Good Seasons Italian dressing mix per 1 cup butter. It's easier to spread on the bread if it's not totally melted and semi-firm. YUMMY!!!
