Parmesan Chicken & Broccoli Pasta

Garlicky chicken, broccoli and red pepper are served on a bed of whole-wheat pasta in this weeknight-easy dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan and prepare for compliments.

What You Need

1/4
lb.  whole wheat spaghetti, uncooked
1/4
cup  KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
2
cloves  garlic, minced
1/2
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2
cups  broccoli florets
1
 red pepper, chopped
1/2
cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
2
Tbsp.  chopped sun-dried tomatoes
4
tsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

COOK spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, heat dressing and garlic in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken, broccoli and pepper; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is done. Stir in 1/4 cup mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN spaghetti; place on serving plate. Top with chicken mixture, remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.

Special Extra
For added zing, season chicken with 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning before cooking with broccoli as directed.
Cooking Know-How
Spaghetti will be easier to handle if you break it in half before cooking.
