  • Drain spaghetti; place on serving plate. Top with chicken mixture, remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.

Special Extra

For a little lemon zing, add 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning as you cook and stir the chicken and broccoli.

Great dish... with a few tweaks. I followed the recipe exactly, and even marinaded the chicken before cooking. And while it had a great flavor in the pan, when serving it over the pasta, much of the flavor was suddenly lost. As others have mentioned, I would recommend at least doubling the amount of dressing, and as a final step adding the pasta to the pan and add more dressing as needed. Also, if you are using fresh broccoli instead of frozen, don't be afraid to go heavy on it as it will cook up. I was a little disappointed at how little was left in the final product. Also, fresh sliced mushrooms would be a welcome addition while cooking the chicken and broccoli.

Hubby and I loved this! As another reviewer mentioned, I also used Rotel tomatoes since I didn't have fresh on hand. I didn't have the dressing, either, so I used several shakes of a balsamic & basil dipping oil with the garlic which I freshly pressed into the pan. To the chicken and broccoli I added some chopped onion. Finally, I gave it some grinds of salt & pepper. Delish!
