  • Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat dressing and garlic in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and broccoli; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until chicken is done. Stir in tomatoes and 1/4 cup mozzarella; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain spaghetti; place on serving plate. Top with chicken mixture, remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.

Special Extra

For a little lemon zing, add 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning as you cook and stir the chicken and broccoli.

I substituted imitation crab meat for the chicken and garlic powder for the fresh garlic. I substituted Rotel tomatoes for the tomatoes. All because I had those on hand and it was an impromptu meal I was throwing together. It was awesome! Tasted like a dish in a good Italian restaurant. Wish I could find a way to save the recipe to my phone. Would definitely recommend it.

This recipe definitely needs more dressing. We also mixed the cooked pasta in with the dressing and vegetables so that all the noodles could get coated. Great flavors!
