Parmesan Chicken and Peppers

Here's a quick dish that doesn't require a dash to the store. If you've got chicken breasts, Italian dressing, frozen peppers and Parmesan—you're set!

What You Need

1/4
cup  KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
1
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1
pkg.  (1 lb.) frozen bell pepper and onion strips, thawed, well drained
1/4
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

HEAT dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 8 to 10 min. or until done.

ADD vegetables; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.

TOP with cheese.

Substitute
Substitute 1 each red, green and yellow pepper, cut into strips, and 1 large onion, coarsely chopped, for the frozen vegetable blend.
