what you need

4
bone-in chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.)
1/2
cup  KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
1-1/2
lb.  Idaho potatoes (about 3 medium), cut into thin wedges
1
large  red pepper, cut into strips
1/2
cup  frozen peas
1/4
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

Make It

PLACE chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add 1/4 cup of the dressing; seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat chicken with dressing. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix potatoes and peppers in 13x9-inch baking dish. Add remaining 1/4 cup dressing; toss to coat. Remove chicken from bag; discard bag and marinade. Place chicken on top of vegetables; cover tightly with foil.

BAKE 30 min. Remove and discard foil. Top chicken mixture with peas; sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. of the cheese. Continue baking, uncovered, 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through (180ºF). Sprinkle with remaining 2 Tbsp. cheese before serving.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Jazz It Up
Prepare as directed, adding 1 Tbsp. lemon juice to both the 1/4 cup dressing used as marinade and the remaining 1/4 cup dressing. In addition, sprinkle ingredients in baking dish with 1 minced garlic clove and 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves before initial 30-min. baking time.
Variation - Using Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
Boneless skinless chicken breast halves cook more quickly than bone-in chicken breasts. If preparing recipe with boneless breast halves, marinate chicken in 1/4 cup of the dressing as directed. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400ºF. Toss potatoes and peppers with remaining 1/4 cup dressing in baking dish; cover with foil. Bake 30 min. Discard foil. Remove chicken from marinade; discard bag and marinade. Place chicken on top of vegetables. Top with peas; sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. of the cheese. Continue baking, uncovered, 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through (170ºF). Sprinkle with remaining 2 Tbsp. cheese before serving.
Storage Tips for Potatoes
The best way to store potatoes is in a ventilated container in a dry dark place. Avoid storing potatoes with onions since the potatoes readily absorb odors.
