  • Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, Parmesan cheese and seasonings; set aside. Mix cottage cheese, egg, olive oil and milk in large bowl. Add dry ingredients to cottage cheese mixture; mix well. (Batter will be dry.)
  • Drop dough by 1/4-cup measures onto greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

We had such high hopes when we smelled them baking in the oven... which only led to disappointment when we tasted them. They were very bland and had a weird texture - probably from the cottage cheese which glistened in the biscuits. I won't be making this one again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This was a really bad recipe. This was a really bad recipe. There was way too much olive oil. And it says to put them in for 25 minutes, but that is way too long. I cooked them for Christmas and there were half-eaten biscuits in the garbage. I would not reccomend this recipe for anyone.
