The only thing that keeps this from perfect is the texture which is why I would recommend blending it first.
It takes a second to get used to the texture, but the taste/flavor is great! I added dill instead of chives, and it was very yummy. This works as a snack, side, or lunch!
I've not made this one yet, but it looks very good. After I try it this way I think I'll substitute cream cheese for the cottage cheese next time.
