Trim 50 calories and 8 grams of fat, including 1 gram of saturated fat, per serving by preparing with KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise, KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping and RITZ Crackers with Whole Wheat.
Prepare mayo mixture as directed. Spoon into small resealable plastic bag; refrigerate until ready to use. When ready to serve, snip small piece from one bottom corner of bag; squeeze mayo mixture onto crackers. Broil as directed.

Yum!!! I have my parents over weekly for dinner so I try new recipes out on them (so far, so good!) and we all absolutely loved these!! They were gone in a flash. I will definitely be making these for future parties/get-togethers, but will for sure need to make a double or triple batch, depending on how many people are there. This is a must try if you haven't yet!!!
I made these for a Valentine's Day party, so instead of using crackers, I cut heart shapes w/a cookie cutter from pieces of bread, which I then toasted under the broiler before adding the topping. I also added some bacon to the mix. They were a hit, and disappeared quickly!
I have made this for a number of years using cocktail sized bread rounds..put the bread on a cookie sheet under the broiler for a few minutes to toast..remove,place filling on top, return to broiler and remove after cheese is bubbly..Quick, Easy and Delicious!!
