Everyone loved them and kept asking where the idea came from. I used a food processor for most of it and added a few finely chopped green onions in the end to give it more texture. I doubled the recipe and used 1 cup of sour cream and the other of mayo. The crackers do burn fast in the oven. They are hard to keep warm, but good cold or hot. I wouldn't make this as a dip. I like it better in the oven melted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yum! Yum!!! I have my parents over weekly for dinner so I try new recipes out on them (so far, so good!) and we all absolutely loved these!! They were gone in a flash. I will definitely be making these for future parties/get-togethers, but will for sure need to make a double or triple batch, depending on how many people are there. This is a must try if you haven't yet!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are totally addicting! These are totally addicting!! Put these out for a party or bring them as an appetizer to someone else's and they'll disappear like crazy. I'd highly recommend making a double - or even a triple batch so you're not stuck trying to whip up more during your party - either way, there won't be ANY left!

You need to make sure that the cheese mixture is spread over the whole cracker because I started to burn the cracker on some of them before the cheese was melted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made this recipe a few times. I have made this recipe a few times. Although everyone loved it, I though it still could use a bit of a kick...so I added bacon bits and it's DELICOUS!!!! For parties, I make a full recipe without the bacon (for vegetarians) and a full recipe with the bacon. They are both gone in no time!

I made these for a Valentine's Day party, so instead of using crackers, I cut heart shapes w/a cookie cutter from pieces of bread, which I then toasted under the broiler before adding the topping. I also added some bacon to the mix. They were a hit, and disappeared quickly!
