  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix cheese and pepper. Mix about 4 tsp. with the meat; shape into 6 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill 5 min. on each side. Top with remaining cheese mixture; grill 2 min. or until burgers are done (160ºF).
  • Fill buns with lettuce, tomatoes and burgers.
