Savor every bite of this creamy dip. Each 2-Tbsp. serving goes a long way on flavor.
Add 1 finely chopped medium red pepper to the dip before chilling.
Serve dip in a Parmesan bowl! Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese and 1 Tbsp. water until well blended. Spread into 7-inch circle on foil-covered baking sheet. Bake 7 min. or until lightly browned. Remove from oven. Immediately place small glass bowl, right-side up, in center of cheese circle; carefully invert bowl and baking sheet. Remove baking sheet. Using clean hot pads, press foil and cheese circle down around outside of bowl; cool completely. Remove and discard foil. Separate Parmesan bowl from glass bowl. Fill with prepared dip just before serving.

Had to add some extra pesto, but overall it's a very good dip.
i used a tub of the whipped cream cheese and threw the entire 7 oz tub of pest o in- turned out great. so easy. i served with wheat thins and baby carrots.
I added 2 extra T of pesto for extra flavor and 1/4 c milk to thin the dip out since it was VERY thick - it was great though after these minor modifications!
