  • Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  • Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, crackers or chips.

Size Wise

Special Extra

Serve dip in a Parmesan bowl! Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese and 1 Tbsp. water until well blended. Spread into 7-inch circle on foil-covered baking sheet. Bake 7 min. or until lightly browned. Remove from oven. Immediately place small glass bowl, right-side up, in center of cheese circle; carefully invert bowl and baking sheet. Remove baking sheet. Using clean hot pads, press foil and cheese circle down around outside of bowl; cool completely. Remove and discard foil. Separate Parmesan bowl from glass bowl. It was alright I cant say I jumped for joy over it and it wasn't a big hit at the party it was taken to. It almost tasted like it was missing something and I couldn't place what it was. I even made a batch with the peppers in like the recipe stated to do as something different but that still did not jazz it up enough. Just was not that happy with the results.

I did make it healthier by substituting fat free cream cheese and low fat sour cream. I also added a few pinches of fresh dill to give it some more flavor.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very quick and easy. Very quick and easy. I actually made it the night before and let it chill overnight. It was for a church pot luck and went over very well. The taste is strong though, so like they said, a little goes a long way.
