Parmesan Potato Fans

Why go mashed when these 25-minute Parmesan Potato Fans look so pretty and taste so good?

What You Need

small  baking potatoes (1-1/4 lb.)
cup  KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing, divided
Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

CUT potatoes crosswise into thin slices, being carefully to not cut all the way through to bottoms of potatoes; place cut sides up, on microwaveable plate. Fan potatoes slightly.

MICROWAVE on HIGH 12 min. Drizzle evenly with 1/4 cup dressing. Microwave 3 min. or until potatoes are tender.

DRIZZLE with remaining dressing; sprinkle with cheese.

How to Easily Cut the Potato Fans
Place 2 thin-handled wooden spoons on opposite sides of each potato before slicing as directed. The spoon handles will prevent you from cutting all the way through to bottoms of potatoes.
Prepare using KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese.
